The following assignment is based on the gap model for food safety.Looking at the gap model for food safety below, could you match these with the situation in your own supply chain? Make an essay in which the following two questions are answered:

    1. What gaps can be identified for your supply chain?
    2. What challenges exist in your supply chain?

    1. When looking at the three different supply chains, which differences can be observed in the number and type of information systems used?
    2. The majority of information systems belong to particular stages in the supply chain. Which information systems are used by more than one stage in the supply chain?
