Introduction

Welcome to this learning resource on control of Salmonella in pig farms.

This e-learning resource aims to provide information on Salmonella infections in pig farms, including silent infections, and the control measures that can help reduce the prevalence in pig farms. Major efforts have been taken towards reducing the occurrence of the infection at the farm level and overall the reduction of the pathogen into the pork production chain, which are discussed in this module.
