Sausage rolls and pork pies, which are the processed pork products containing the least sodium (0.60/100 g and 0.65/100 g), contain more sodium than beef-burgers, tuna, some chicken products and some breads. On the other hand, Danish salami and grilled bacon, which are the processed pork products containing the most sodium (1.84g/100g and 1.88g/100g), contain about half the sodium found in anchovies and about the same amount of sodium as smoked salmon.
