VION Food Group - GTP
The European Commission wants to promote Good Practice in freight transport (EU, 2000) to reduce environmental costs, like pollution and noise. GTP (Good Transportation Practice) is a global standard for achieving these goals, which can be specified by transportation companies to achieve EU goals. The Dutch GTP can be found on www.NBHV.nl, www.Saveetra.nl, and www.PVE.nl. The COV/CBL for retail- is the translated version of EU law.
