The veterinarian visits a farmer every 14 days (e.g., to monitor animal health; prescribe medicines; administer vaccines).
Blood samples are taken (in case of problems) to test for diseases (e.g., Aujezky; regular samples are taken by the GD, the public Animal Health Service Centre).
